GENERAL SUMMARY
To sell FedEx Ground, Express and Freight services to both “new” and “existing” customers with the key deliverable of achieving assigned revenue objectives (as measured and determined by FedEx). Acts as a team lead and assists manager in providing coaching/training/etc. to junior/new staff members and assumes responsibility for additional tasks/duties as assigned.
Job Description:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
Three (3) years of commercial sales experience (business-to-business, transportation industry preferred) with two (2) years experience within Account Executive role.
Previous experience selling to large Fortune 500 complex and global corporations preferred
Thorough knowledge and understanding of the CAN/US LTL market, including pricing and competition.
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong Presentation, Relationship, and Negotiation Skills
