POSITION SUMMARY
:
The Account Executive supports the mandate and goals of the Membership team by providing superior customer service while promoting, renewing, and upselling our ticket products to existing and potential ticket members.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage assigned accounts and develop strong professional relationships with Canucks ticket Members to meet standards of excellence and guarantee renewalsIdentify opportunities for in-person engagements with MembersSupport the 899.GOAL line and general ticket inquiries, responding in a timely manner with the appropriate solutionManage Member requests and expectations and assist with game day requirementsPromote, renew, and sell ticket products and services such as full, half, and quarter season Memberships, and group, minor hockey, and single game tickets
