Followmont Transport is seeking a passionate and service driven individual to join our team. The Accounts Receivable Officer will be responsible for collection of outstanding invoices in line with payment terms, including escalation to the AR Manager when payment terms are not met, responding to customer queries and requests while maintaining accurate financial records. This role plays a part to crucial to our financial operations, and the ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
Payment Processing: Allocate payments as required and ensure payment promises as kept
Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile accounts receivable records to ensure accuracy and consistency.
