Accounts Receivable Student

We are currently recruiting an energetic, results-focused post‑secondary student to join our team this summer! This position offers an opportunity to gain experience and to learn more about our AR team, the Company, and the industry.

Specific Responsibilities

• Processing incoming payments, accurately applying to the correct account and invoice.
• Making notes on any short and over payments for the Credit Dept to review.
• Preparing daily bank deposit.

Our Ideal Candidate will possess

• Currently enrolled in a post‑secondary program (degree, diploma, or certificate) in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Detail oriented with a passion for working with numbers and data entry.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to multi‑task.
