Accounts Receivable Specialist

Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Team Leader, you will perform day-to-day accounts receivable functions in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

Primary Responsibilities

• Process high volume customer remittances & deductions


• Analyze customer claims for deductions; shortages; price discrepancies


• Process customer payments (EDI, Wire Transfers, and Cheques)


• Follow up with customers for collections and deductions


• Process Claims


• Navigate thru Customer Portals (review invoice status/customer invoicing...etc)


• Liaise with other departments for issue resolution


• Perform regular account reconciliations and keep customer accounts current


• Produce reports, as required


• Perform other accounting related duties, as required
