Reporting directly to the Accounts Receivable Team Leader, you will manage high-volume customer remittances and perform in-depth analysis of claims for deductions and discrepancies. Your strong organizational skills are essential for maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely collections from customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle processing of customer remittances and deductions
• Analyze claims for price discrepancies and shortages
• Process payments made via various methods
• Liaise with other departments for resolution of issues
• Generate reports on accounts receivable as needed
Requirements:
• At least 3 years’ experience in Accounts Receivable
• Experience in a manufacturing setting preferred
