In your role within the finance operations team, you will support the Supervisor, Accounts Receivable, by managing all aspects of the AR process. This position requires proven experience in accounting or banking, ideally over two years, and a detail-oriented mindset to handle numerous financial tasks. Your familiarity with Oracle Fusion and interpersonal skills will be key in this rewarding role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage payroll AR processing using PHARM and Oracle Fusion
• Verify and process payments and monitor timelines
• Log and track payroll packages and late payments
• Prepare refunds for production companies as needed
• Provide overall support to the finance team and projects
