Job Summary
Reporting directly to the Manager Accounts Receivable, Credit & Collections, the Accounts Receivable Lead Specialist independently supports activities related to accounts receivable management and performs any additional tasks as required.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)
- Responsible for global accounts receivable activities
- Mostly focus on US customers
- Analyze and issue credit notes
- Coordinate prepaid orders
- Resolve complex customer questions and issues
- Coordinate tasks with the team
- Validate and maintain procedures
- Record cash receipts
- Perform month‑end closing tasks
- Execute SOX controls
- Handle any other related tasks that may fall within the scope of this role
