The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely collection of payments, maintaining accurate customer accounts and supporting the wider Finance team. Key Responsibilities Manage a designated ledger of customer accounts, ensuring payments are received on time Monitor outstanding balances, identify overdue accounts and follow up with customers Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies, invoice issues and customer queries Maintain accurate and up-to-date records Support the month-end close process by reconciling accounts and providing updates on overdue invoices Manage incoming customer calls as well as outbound collection activity Ad-hoc duties as required Key Skills 2+ years experience in similar role Strong communication skills Highly organised with excel...
