Job Description
Become an integral part of the finance team as an Accounts Payable Technician. Your expertise will ensure effective invoice management and support our service centers in processing payments.
In this role, you will facilitate the invoice receipt and approval process while ensuring compliance with internal billing procedures. Accuracy will be key as you manage discrepancies, perform account reconciliations, and support departmental projects. Adaptability and a strong work ethic are essential in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee invoice receipt and approval for service centers
• Ensure processing accuracy of pending receipts
• Address discrepancies and exceptions effectively
• Reconcile statements of accounts as needed
