Accounting & Financial Reporting
- Maintain and improve accounting system (Xero) for multiple entities
- Oversee and review all accounting entries to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Perform regular bank reconciliations to Xero
- Lead timely and accurate month-end closing processes
- Assist in preparing management reports and analysis
- Liaise with external stakeholders on audits and other queries
AR / AP
- Prepare and issue customer invoices with accuracy
- Manage and approve vendor payments through well-defined processes
