Job Description
About You and this Role
The Accounts Administrator will focus on transactional and administrative tasks. Responsibilities typically center around Accounting processes, but can be anything that supports the work of Accounts Payable (AP) and/or Accounts Receivable (AR).
Key Objectives
- Accounting – Preparing monthly accounting and financial reconciliations of the company's main accounts. Assisting in the preparation of reports for management. Support closing process - Bank recs, revenue/expense allocation, accruals;
- Account Payable (AP) - Process vendor invoices, vendor payments, and log entries in the accounting system. Assist the team with managing cash flows;
- Administrative support - (eg., AP/AR reports, sales/use tax filings);
- Maintain Finance Confluence page.
