Job Description
Tasks
Perform complete bookkeeping using QuickBooks (online and/or desktop versions). Perform bank reconciliations and prepare trial balances. Prepare and adjust financial reports based on client needs. Prepare and manage sales tax returns (GST and QST). Make corrections to accounting entries and update client files. Support clients remotely via Teams (screen sharing and real-time assistance). Provide occasional on-site support at client locations, as required. Travel to client sites while following company policies. Perform any other related duties.
