Responsibilities

• Review and analyze account balances, journal entries, and reconciliations to ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance with accounting standards.
• Ensure the reliability and consistency of financial data used in internal and external reporting, including regulatory filings (10-Q/10-K).
• Provide guidance to the accounting team, ensuring adherence to accounting standards, internal policies, and SOX requirements.
• Support financial reporting processes, including cash flow preparation, intercompany eliminations, and ad‑hoc reporting requests.
