What a Typical Day Looks Like
- Cheque printing of all client refunds and carrier advances
- Preparing, recording deposits to client files and Carrier account
- Providing query support to internal and external customers
- Scanning
- Closing activities in EPIC
- Assisting with Year End Audit as required
