- Lead US GAAP, SOX, reporting, and process improvement initiatives

Descripción- Lead the full accounting function
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP and corporate financial policies
- Implement and strengthen SOX/internal controls framework
- Own the month‑end close process, including journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting
- Prepare and deliver accurate financial reports to U.S. corporate teams
- Enhance the level of financial analysis beyond transactional accounting
- Establish and improve accounting processes, controls, and documentation
- Partner cross‑functionally with plant operations, manufacturing, and corporate finance
- Supervise and develop a small accounting team (2 direct reports)
