We are looking for an Accounting Manager for a manufactuting company, ensuring accurate financial operations, strong governance, and process optimization.Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop Accounting teams (incl. Intercompany & R2R Supervisors)- Oversee Fixed Assets, Intercompany, Month-End Close & Reporting- Ensure timely and accurate financial transactions- Monitor KPIs & SLAs- Drive automation, standardization, and continuous improvement- Support audits and complianceProfile- Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting- 8+ years experience (3+ leading teams)- Strong knowledge of Accounting process- Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)- Fluent English
