Prepare and file all tax returns accurately and on schedule, including federal, state, and international submissions. Design and execute tax planning initiatives aimed at reducing the organization’s overall tax burden while maintaining full compliance with applicable laws. Compile and review financial statements, tax provisions, and disclosures for external reporting in line with accounting and taxation standards. Lead, train, and support a team of tax professionals, fostering their development and ensuring smooth departmental operations. Oversee tax audits and inquiries from authorities, coordinating with external auditors and legal advisors when required.
