Accounting & Billing Specialist — U.S. Client
About the role
We’re looking for an Accounting & Billing Specialist to support the financial operations of a U.S.-based client.
If you’re detail-oriented, comfortable working in English, and can take ownership of financial processes, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Manage end-to-end billing cycles (invoicing, tracking, reconciliation)
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Perform bank and account reconciliations
- Support financial reporting
- Communicate directly with U.S. stakeholders
- Ensure accuracy across financial processes
Requirements
Must have:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in accounting, billing, AP/AR
- English B2 (written and verbal)
- Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks preferred) ...
