Project-Related Responsibilities
Set up and maintain projects in Deltek

Prepare monthly billing review reports and collection reports for Project Managers (PMs) in time for billing meetings

Prepare, issue, and file invoices on a monthly basis; assess interest charges, send collection notices and statements

Schedule monthly collection meetings with PMs and follow-up with clients on outstanding balances per PM direction
