The Maritime Accounting Department is seeking an Accounting Administrator for a term position. This would be to fill a one-year maternity leave. The Accounting Administrator will work from the Moncton NB office, and report directly to the Senior Controller. Duties include but are not limited to:
+ Construction Job & Contract Setups in JDE & Invoicing
+ Update, maintain and report on project budgets and forecasts on a regular basis.
+ Prepare and submit journal entries to assist with monthly close processes
+ Assist the Senior Controller and Quebec Regional Controller in generating financial statements to complete monthly and annual reporting packages
+ Work with an independent audit firm for financial system audits.
