Accountant with Fountain Tire, Edmonton

Fountain Tire is looking for an Accountant at our South Edmonton Corporate Head Office. This role offers you the opportunity to ensure accurate financial reporting and support a dynamic team.

You will be tasked with preparing financial statements, handling crucial accounting processes, and maintaining streamlined month-end procedures. Candidates should have 3 to 5 years of experience and a college diploma in accounting. If you're efficient and detail-oriented, we'd love to have you on board.

Key Responsibilities:
• Generate accurate financial statements on a monthly basis
• Assist field personnel with accounting and reporting queries
• Ensure timely completion of month-end entries and reconciliations
• Verify that subsidiary records correspond with the general ledger
• Take part in store budgeting and inventory evaluations
