Accountant

PSC Industries is looking for an Accounting Clerk for our Santa Catarina, Nuevo Leon, Mexico location.
**Responsibilities**:
- This position reports to the Accounting Manager in the USA.
- This position will have 2 accounting clerks as direct reports.
- Understanding of the Mexican Accounting Principles.
- Manage/oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual closings for Financial Statement preparation.
- Manage/oversee accounting transactions.
- Manage/oversee the Reconciliation of Accounts Receivable.
- Manage/oversee the Reconciliation of Accounts Payable.
- Manage/oversee the Preparation of Bank Reconciliations.
- Coordinate Payroll, Benefit and Profit-Sharing Calculations with 3rd party Payroll provider.
**Qualifications**:
- VAT Tax knowledge.
- Maquiladora knowledge.
- Be able to travel.
- Able to communicate in English.
- Excel knowledge.
- Accountant degree.
- 1+ year experience in accounting.
