Accountant (Guadalajara)

• Process expense reports in Certify.
• Perform full accounts payable cycle for third party vendor and affiliates.
• Handle Corporation Tax (include payroll, IMSS, federal and local tax).
• Manage monthly closing and reporting for Mexico office.
• Assist with human resources, administration and purchasing.
• Monitor and prepare monthly cash flow projection for corporate headquarters.
• Assist in AR collection, including Integral Key Accounts.
• Produce ad hoc reports as required by Accounting Manager or Facility Manager.
• Maintain corporate meeting minutes, contracts and policy and procedures.
