You control your future.Job Description:Job SummaryThe Accountant- Acquisitions & Integration will lead the accounting for business acquisitions, including the valuation of intangible assets, contingent consideration, and the opening balance sheet entries. The position partners closely with Corporate Development and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate accounting treatment and timely month-end and quarter-end close activities related to acquisitions.Key Job ResponsibilitiesLead and perform purchase price allocations (PPA) for new acquisitions.
