Job Description
Responsible for coordinating the Mexico accounting team to ensure accurate recording, analysis, and interpretation of financial information, as well as compliance with local tax and regulatory requirements and timely reporting to corporate.
Main Responsibilities
- Oversee the accurate and timely recording of all company transactions.
- Perform monthly trial balance analysis to ensure accuracy and identify variances.
- Ensure proper accounting of payroll, depreciation, amortization, and cost of sales.
- Prepare and review financial reports (e.g., income statement by cost center, expense analysis).
- Coordinate the monthly closing process and ensure delivery of reports to Corporate by the third business day.
- Monitor CAPEX project accounting and ensure proper tracking and reporting.
