Job Description
1. Financial Accounting & Reporting
Maintain general ledger and ensure accuracy of all financial transactions. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with local GAAP and/or IFRS. Ensure timely month-end and year-end close processes. Reconcile intercompany transactions and balances. 2. Regulatory Compliance Ensure compliance with local tax laws, corporate laws, and other statutory requirements. Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities. Handle audits (statutory, internal, tax) and respond to queries from government authorities. 3. Taxation Prepare and file corporate income tax, VAT/GST, and withholding tax returns. Calculate tax provisions. Ensure compliance with transfer pricing regulations. 4. Controlling & Analysis Support budgeting and forecasting processes for the country. Analyze variances and provide commentary on financial performance. Track and control operating expenses and capital expe...
