ShipShop is a shipping service provider. Our AI tool scans hundreds of shipping service providers to offer the most suitable shipping rates for businesses. We are hiring an Account Manager/Sales and Marketing Representative to help us grow.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple accounts, ensuring a high level of customer retention and satisfaction.
- Engage with multiple customers daily by reaching out to new clients and developing campaigns to maintain loyalty.
- Record changes to customer accounts, update service packages, add or remove accounts as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of cold‑calling business‑to‑business experience.
- Minimum one year of outbound sales experience.
- Excellent English communication skills and clarity.
- Proficiency in a second language (Farsi, French, or Mandarin) is an asset.
