Account Manager – Draeger Medical Canada

Location: Winnipeg, Regina (remote covering Saskatchewan & Manitoba).The position is permanent.

Responsibilities

• Achieve territory sales targets and quota on an annual basis.
• Conduct proactive sales of Draeger products and system solutions.
• Maintain relationship management via CRM and understand the strategic go‑to‑market approach.
• Plan short, medium and long‑term deals using Draeger’s sales tools (e.g., blue & green sheets, GPO process).
• Update and analyze won and lost orders, monitor ROI on marketing actions, and report on results.
• Coordinate problem‑solving issues for the customer (order confirmation, invoicing, delivery, training, and service requirements).
• Manage demos, including timing and equipment specifications.
• Inform the customer about market trends and adjust the account plan as necessary.
