Job Description
**Minimum qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing roles.
- Ability to communicate in Spanish and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
**Preferred qualifications**:
- Experience working with Google Ads, including execution level and consultative level.
- Experience managing and customizing the customer base.
- Ability to reach out to customers, and assist them in adding value to their business.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at a time, while paying attention to detail.
- Ability to take initiative with the capacity to lead, motivate, and work well with others.
- Ability to carry a quota and drive business growth.
