:Overall objectives of this role:
● Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for clients, building strong, reliable relationships by ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.
● Project Management Excellence: Flawlessly manage projects from briefing to final delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
● Team Hub & Coordination: Act as the central hub for your projects, effectively briefing internal creative, strategy, and production teams and ensuring seamless collaboration and communication.
● Strategic Contribution: Translate client needs and strategic direction from the Account Director into actionable tasks and clear feedback for the internal teams.
● Problem Solving: Proactively identify potential issues in projects and workflows, finding and implementing practical solutions to keep things moving smoothly.
