Account Manager (Fluent English)
Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Managing the sales performance of the car rental portfolio, identifying opportunities to increase revenue;
- Negotiating commercial agreements, commissions, and rates with key accounts to ensure competitiveness and market growth;
- Monitoring availability, rate parity, and partner performance across our channels, ensuring the best customer experience;
- Analyzing market data, product performance, and KPIs to identify business opportunities and performance improvements;
- Developing commercial strategies in partnership with Marketing, Product, and Finance teams to increase conversion and revenue;
- Prospecting and developing new partnerships aligned with the company’s expansion strategy;
- Tracking partner performance indicators (availability, rate parity, NPS, SLA, among others) and driving continuous improvement;
