Brandt is seeking an Account Manager- Employee Benefits and Pension to join our on‑site team in Regina, Saskatchewan. This role is responsible for managing and growing a diverse portfolio of employee benefits and pension programs. The Account Manager serves as a key liaison between Brandt, brokers, and plan sponsors, providing expert guidance and ensuring programs remain compliant, cost‑effective, and aligned with stakeholders needs.
The position focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with brokers, third‑party administrators, and employer groups. This includes negotiating renewals, pricing, and plan design options to support Brandt’s business objectives.
