Overview
We are seeking an Account Manager & Account Executive to balance relationship management with new business acquisition. This role is 60% farming (nurturing and growing existing accounts) and 40% prospecting & closing (converting prospects into new clients).
Account Management - Farming (60%)
- Relationship Ownership: Serve as primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, becoming their trusted technology advisor
- Account Growth: Identify and develop expansion opportunities within existing accounts (additional projects, new departments, enhanced services)
- Client Success: Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and strategic planning sessions with current clients
- Issue Resolution: Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address any concerns or challenges
