We are looking for a highly commercial, results-driven Sales Manager with proven experience generating and closing business opportunities within the MICE, hospitality, luxury tourism, or corporate events industries.
The ideal candidate combines prospecting, negotiation, closing, and account development skills while delivering a premium client experience.
Position Profile
3+ years of B2B sales experience.
Background in DMC, MICE, hospitality, luxury travel, incentives, corporate events, congresses, or group hotel sales.
Proven track record in closing deals and generating revenue.
Experience managing both national and international clients.
Strong experience in consultative and complex sales cycles.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and opportunities simultaneously.
