The Account Director provides senior leadership across key healthcare accounts in LATAM, with a focus on Brazil. This role acts as a strategic partner to clients and a trusted leader within Klick, owning account health across strategy, delivery, growth, relationships, and team development. The role works closely with senior clients, internal leadership, and cross‑functional partners across Creative, Project Management, Science & Regulatory, Strategy, and Technology.
What You’ll Do
- Lead senior client relationships with director‑and executive‑level stakeholders, providing strategic guidance across healthcare communications programs.
- Develop integrated digital and omnichannel brand strategies with Creative, Strategy, Science & Regulatory, Project Management and Technology teams.
- Oversee account performance, including delivery quality, budgets, forecasts, resourcing, profitability, and client satisfaction.
