The Account Director, Enterprise is a pivotal role. You will develop and implement a comprehensive account plan and strategy that maximizes needs to drive revenue for the entire Genesys suite of products in the Enterprise segment. It is an extremely critical role in helping us realize our goal of providing our customers with an unequaled customer experience. The Account Director Enterprise has the unique challenge of understanding our customers’ and industry needs and strategic objectives to uncover how Genesys can best serve them in achieving their objectives.
