Job Description
Lead the operations team as an Accommodation Services Manager at a hotel or resort. This role focuses on developing policies, hiring staff, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
You will play a pivotal role in a hospitality setting, responsible for overseeing daily operations. Your leadership will guide a team of 11-15 staff members while you implement procedures, conduct performance reviews, and negotiate with suppliers. Additionally, you’ll ensure the facility meets client needs and address any customer concerns effectively.
