Key Responsibilities
Assisting with drafting pleadings, LAT form sand motion materialsReview and organize new file materials from client, and updated file materialsPaperless/Hard Copy briefing of files and summarizing documents.Preparation of examinations for discovery, mediation, case conference, hearings, EUO’s. and appellate matters etc.Monitoring and reviewing productions and provide counsel with a pre-discovery (or pre-hearing), pre-case conference, post-case conference list of productions/documents/information to request from counsel.Update medical summaries and OCF-18 chart.
