In this role you will act as the point of contact for healthcare professional (HCP) and healthcare organization (HCO) engagement, providing high‑quality interactions throughout onboarding, contracting, travel, invoicing, and post‑engagement support.
Responsibilities
- General engagement support: answer questions and conduct outreach related to onboarding, activity requests, contracting, travel, invoicing, and payments.
- Contracting: facilitate contract execution, review redline requests, conduct outreach for outstanding contracts, and liaise on amendment requests.
