Academy Trainer

The Role

We have a permanent opportunity for an experienced and engaging Academy Trainer to join our Dovida Academy at our State Training Centre in Blackburn.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering high-quality training and development to our Caregivers and support teams. You will ensure our workforce is equipped with the skills, knowledge and confidence required to deliver safe, person-centred care, while consistently meeting regulatory standards.

This is a hands-on and varied role, combining classroom delivery, workplace observations, and ongoing support for learners. You’ll also contribute to continuous improvement of training programs and step in to support other states where required.
