About the role
Aboriginal Liaison Officers play an extremely important role to assist customers using the public transport network. Their presence on board train services and at various train stations around the network, provides an opportunity for them to engage with and support our customers. With a primary focus on supporting and assisting First Nations people utilizing the Transperth rail network, our team of ALOs will also provide support to other operational staff across the network, including Transit Officers, Revenue Protection Officers and Customer Service staff.
