In this full-time position, you'll leverage over three years of industry experience, focusing on tool development and visual quality assurance. Your role will bridge the gap between engineering and artistry, driving innovations that optimize workflows and asset management while supporting cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop tools and scripts to enhance artist workflows
• Create high-quality materials and debug complex shaders
• Ensure visual consistency and performance across all platforms
• Proactively address technical risks in production cycles
• Mentor and provide feedback to other artists in the studio
Requirements:
• At least 3 years of experience with a shipped AAA title
