Must Haves
- 5+ years as a remote EA supporting a venture-backed tech founder or a finance executive at a VC or investment firm
- Near-native written and spoken English
- Hands-on with CRM tools like Affinity or Attio
- Active experience managing LinkedIn content, Canva design, and newsletter or blog writing
