Responsibilities

• Conduct technical follow‑up of waste handling activities performed by the contracted company.
• Monitor the technical aspects of waste transportation and compaction.
• Develop a rainy‑season plan for the mine, including the design of operational structures for sediment containment and the mitigation of peak rainfall flows (sumps), dique cleaning, pumping systems, and operational channels.
• Design field solutions for maintaining the geotechnical asset of waste management activities.
• Assist in the development of new surface drainage and sediment containment projects, mine master plans, waste management plans, and other related matters.
