This role ensures the organization is staffed with high-performing, innovative team members and oversees succession planning, career pathing, and workforce planning. It develops and administers progressive HR policies that ensure compliance with both legal requirements and company standards. Additionally, the Plant HR Manager strengthens team member engagement by managing team member systems, championing employee education, and supporting adherence to company policies and procedures.
