Corporate Tax Analyst: Land & Housing

Reporting to the Director of Corporate Accounting, the Tax Analyst will be responsible for the day-to-day management and administration of the corporate tax function for the land & housing division.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of all Canadian and US tax compliance, including the preparation of corporate income and capital tax returns and supporting working papers.
• Preparation of quarterly and year-end accounting provisions and related reconciliation of future income taxes and tax liability accounts.
• Management and payment of tax installments.
• Working with accounting staff in the preparation of the legal entity financial statements.
