Location: Ivany Campus, Dartmouth, Nova Scotia.

Employment type: Continuing Full-time Position (Commencing approximately July 20, 2026).

Salary range: $76,058.94 to $89,481.11 annually.

Qualifications

• The minimum educational qualification for this position is graduation from a recognized training program related to Trades Training or Building Services Technology in one or more of the following:
  • Red Seal Trades Certification
  • Certified Engineering Technologist
  • 3rd Class Power Engineer
  • Certification in Plumbing & Heating, Electrical or Building Related Trade
  • Building Environmental Systems Certificate
  • BMA Accreditation
  • Other industry-specific certifications from organizations such as the Building Owners & Managers Association (BOMA) or International Facilities Management Association (IFMA), and APPA (formerly known as the Associatio...
