The salary scale for NSCC Faculty is based on steps ranging from $78,771.88 to $104,267.58. New Faculty may receive up to a maximum of nine steps (up to $97,388.02) for a combination of occupational experience and instructional experience.

Qualifications

• The minimum educational qualification is current Inter‑Provincial Journeyperson status as an Automotive Service Technician.
• A minimum of five years of recent and related journeyperson occupational experience in the automotive service industry is required. Two years of your training are counted towards the educational requirements and cannot be included in your occupational experience.
