Duties and Responsibilities

• Obtain health and social histories;
• Conduct physical assessments and interpret findings;
• Activate medical directives and complete preliminary interpretations of necessary diagnostic tests including but not limited to ECGs, laboratory tests, and diagnostic imaging;
• Perform procedures such as ECG, casting, suturing, application of orthopedic devices, slit lamp examination, measuring intraocular pressure, visual acuity;
• Formulate treatment plans and support appropriate connections to consultants, allied health, outpatient clinics and support any other services/special needs for the patient;
